“Named after the beautiful old Bush Vine Grenache vineyard owned by mates of mine in McLaren Vale. The fruit in this wine is hand picked to best preserve this glorious old vineyard. We have been taking fruit from this block for many years and it’s one of our favourites.” – Geoff Merrill
The colour is an attractive rose petal pink with light red hues. On the aroma, strawberry and raspberry fruits come through, then floral/violet notes and citrus blossom.
The palate shows delicate berry fruit flavours, tropical fruits and a mandarin / citrus zest character on the finish. The mouthfeel is both generous and light with a fine texture and balanced acidity adding up to great drinkability.
