Named after our Graymoor vineyard in the Coonawarra.
The colour is a very dark blood red with ruby hues.
On the aroma, there’s typical earthy Cabernet tones with perfume and menthol, roses, violets, leather, red berries and leafy notes.
The palate is well structured with a warming mouthfeel, ample fleshy tannins, generous fruit and weight. The finish is long with acidity and chocolate notes on the nose.
Enjoy with wagyu beef, beef stew, beef cheek or venison.
