Winter Fridays Themed Dinners
With daylight savings wrapping up we are bringing back our Winter Fridays Themed Dinners at Merrill’s – now accepting indoor bookings.
Bookings will be essential to secure your table. Tickets are $10pp & $5 per child include your choice of drink on arrival. Walk-ins will remain welcome on the night for any unreserved indoor and terrace seating.
Caterers serve from 6pm – 8pm unless sold out
Live music from 5pm
Please book within your groups to ensure seating together, and please state any seating requests, we will do our best to accomodate.
Please advise of any dietary requirements.

Hosted by our Senior Winemaker, Scott Heidrich, this is not one to miss!
Enjoy a guided tour where Scott will share his dedication and passion to producing Geoff's iconic Shiraz - the Henley! You will taste some of our more recent vintage Henley straight from the barrel!
Following the tour, Scott will take you on a masterclass showcasing our back vintage Henley in our private tasting room.
