Bottomless Saturdays
Bottomless Saturdays at Merrill’s
$79 per person includes
• 1.5 hours of bottomless drinks — choose from Orange or Limoncello Spritz, house wines (sparkling, white, rosé, red), Prancing Pony beers and cider.
• Enjoy a cheeseboard and flammekueche to share while you soak up the vibes.
Bookings from 12.30pm–1:30pm.

Winter Fridays Themed Dinners
With daylight savings wrapping up we are bringing back our Winter Fridays Themed Dinners at Merrill’s – now accepting indoor bookings.
Bookings will be essential to secure your table. Tickets are $10pp & $5 per child include your choice of drink on arrival. Walk-ins will remain welcome on the night for any unreserved indoor and terrace seating.
Caterers serve from 6pm – 8pm unless sold out
Live music from 5pm
Please book within your groups to ensure seating together, and please state any seating requests, we will do our best to accomodate.
Please advise of any dietary requirements.

Get ready for a fun-filled afternoon of creativity and delicious bites at our Arty Pots Workshop with Mignon Clift!
What's Included:
🍷 Arrival Drink: Kick off the day with a wine, beer, cider or soft drink.
🍕 Roaming Flammekueche: Enjoy German-style flatbread pizzas as you paint.
🪴 Your Own Ceramic Pot: Paint and personalise your very own pot to take home.
🎨 Guided Workshop: Spend approximately 4 hours with local, award-winning artist Mignon Clift, learning techniques to create your masterpiece.
🖌️All Materials Supplied: Everything you need to unleash your creativity is provided.

Father's Day Sunday Session

Join us for a special Father’s Day Sunday Session. Now accepting bookings for the terrace, indoor space and lawns.
Celebrate Dad with a table on our terrace, food truck lunch and live music. Or maybe bring along a picnic rug and set up for the day on our lawns (weather permitting).
